Due to the nature of digital marketing services—which involve strategy development, paid ad spend, implementation, and time-based labor—all sales are considered final once the project has commenced. However, we offer partial refunds or service credits in select circumstances as outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service, we will promptly issue a full refund for the duplicated transaction.
Service Not Delivered: If a service listed in your signed contract or invoice has not been delivered within the agreed-upon timeline and there has been no communication or justification from our team, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Change of Mind: If you decide to discontinue the service after work has started.
Subjective Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with results, but the service was delivered as agreed in the scope of work.
Ad Spend: Any advertising spend on platforms like Google or Meta is non-refundable, as it is paid directly to third-party platforms and beyond our control.
Delayed Feedback or Cooperation: Refunds will not be granted in cases where delays or lack of performance were caused by lack of client cooperation, delay in providing materials, or delayed approvals.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Clause
CRO strategies require data over time. Since CRO is iterative, we do not guarantee instant results. Refunds for CRO services will not be provided if the service has been executed as per the mutually agreed plan.
SEO Clause
SEO is a long-term investment. While we guarantee ethical, white-hat practices and regular progress updates, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions. Refunds will not be issued based on expectations of fast SEO outcomes or ranking fluctuations caused by algorithm updates.

We’re here to help. If you have concerns about the services delivered, we encourage you to contact our support team at connect@thebrandbid.com within 7 days of service completion. We will review your case in detail and respond within 5 business days.
Service Credit Option
In place of refunds, we may offer service credits toward future work or alternative services, which must be used within 60 days of issuance.
